Congratulations to the UHigh Debate team who competed at the IDC Varsity Debate State Tournament this past weekend! Tim Park and Connor Duncan won the Varsity Public Forum division, making them the co-Novice, JV, and Varsity champions in Public Forum over the last two years! Congratulations, too, to Disha Karthik and Mae Petersen who received speaking awards, Hash Vinothasha and Eugene Kim who made it to the octofinal round in Public Forum, and Yelena Shang, Elaine Ding, and Tessa Reisinger who were all finalists in Pro-Con Debate Challenge.
